XVX - S&P/TSX Venture Index Fund

The iShares S&P/TSX Venture Index Fund seeks to provide long-term capital growth by replicating, to the extent possible, the performance of the S&P/TSX Venture Select Index, net of expenses. The investment strategy of the iShares S&P/TSX Venture Index Fund is to invest primarily in a portfolio of Index Securities which make up the S&P/TSX Venture Select Index, selected by BlackRock Canada from time to time, that closely matches the characteristics of the S&P/TSX Venture Select Index.
